WELCOME
RECEPTION AT THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS
We
would set-up a welcome desk located just outside the customs
hall to assist the delegates on arrival at the Airport two days
prior to the event on round the clock basis. The desk would
be set as per the rules and regulations of the Airport Authority
of India or the concerned authorities.
Our staff would man the desk and they would assist the delegates
as follows:
- Meet
the delegates outside the customs hall
Payment for the transport would be collected from the delegates
directly or the payment would be collected from the organisors
as mutually agreed upon
