AT THE HOTEL
Dreamz
travel will provide travel desk manned by Dreamz staff at the
Venue during the entire duration of the conference to assist
the delegates with their travel related services during the
conference dates as follows:
This desk would provide assistance to the delegates as follows:
- Hand
over name badges and welcome packs
- Advise
the various halls where the meetings/sessions are taking
place
- Arrange
luncheons/dinners for the delegates on direct cost basis
- Coordinate
AM/PM tea/coffee breaks + lunches
- Hotel
Room booking
- Air
ticket re-confirmations
- Arrange
cars
- Coordinate/assist
the transport schedule
- All
other services to make the delegate and the staff stay comfortable
